Default About to drop the tranny and need help with parts list

I have a 94 k1500 with a 5.7 and the rear main seal and oil pan gaskets are shot so I'm planning to drop the tranny in about a month. i am planning to do the oil pump and screen but i have noticed there is quite a few options for oil pumps. I just want to know what the stock intake size is and if I should upgrade at all considering that this is the only internal part that's been changed, so it's bone stock. 215000 miles on it and thats really the only problems I'm having out of it.

I've read that you should always do the screen and I've seen the replacement shafts that have the metal sleeves built in but i am wondering if i should go with a increased intake size(depending on what stock is), and if it will fit?

any info or comments would be great as i don't plan to drop the pan again for a loooong time. finally get to cross my fingers and see if its a 4 bolt..
