AC fluxuation
Hey guys, its been a long time since I have been on, mostly vacation, internet problems, and just being plan busy. Anyway, the AC in my truck fluxuates, not so much asthe coolant but the blower. The blower, on any speed, will blow fast then slow down, then fast, then slow,...... not a major issue, the ACworks and thats all that matters in these hot summer months, I was just wondering if anyone has a solution to this problem, maybe a resistor issue?
that or ground. something's increasing resistance to the current running through the motor - it slows down.
then again - bad brushes on blower motor?
btw, pay attention to your battery gauge when this happens. is it showing loss of current? as ECM is designed to supply best power to engine 1st, then the rest of the appliences. so, if your alternator is "losing it", less juice is going down the blower lines, ya know. even a stratched belt could do this.
