Anybody find a good deal on e fans? You need the fans, shroud, and thermostatic switch....anything else?

sounds good, i'll check it out. i'm pretty sure my fan clutch is starting to go, but i'd much rather invest in some e fans than replace the clutch.

if i were you i would spend the money on the flex-a-lite fans i know its more expensive but its worth it to m i went the cheap way first but had trouble kepping truck cool had hot spots in the radiator and had ac problems after the switch no more problems at all they had enough cooling power to actually pull the temp down enough to close the thermostat just my opinion though do what you wish

how did you get 2- 16" fans on youe rad? i have 1 aond it takes up alot of the rad surface area. are yours pushing or pulling. i have one putting out or rated at 3000 cfm. all though my battery has a dead cell in it right now and i am not getting full electrical current to it. my battery is only putting out about 9-10, so the fan is not at full potential and if i sit at idle for a period of time it climbes to 200* and i have a 160* stat in it. its not a cheap-o either i paid top dollar for it but i cant in no way get 2-16" fans on it. do you have a pic of yours. i have another 16" i thought about putting on the condensor side pushing in. put one up in one corner about where the coolant comes in and the other pulling where the coolant is leaving the rad. or fab me up a shroud to where the 16" is completely the only place the air can be pulled through like with the original clutch fan shroud. what do you guys think?

heres a pic.. they fit perfectly on mine.. i just took the top piece of the shroud off and put these suckers on there... it hasnt gotten hot except for when i was tryin to pull somebody outta the mud an i was hitting 3k rpm and backing up for like 20 mins lol...other then that it runs at 170 or so.. i also got the thermostate switch for mine... everynow and then it will go to 9-10 volts but when im driving it'll shoot backup to 12-14
