Amber corner removal??

Amber corner removal??
My truck is the 04 1500 andI haveseen it done and would really like to do it to my truck. I was wondering if any one has removed the amber corners in the headlights and if so how was it done? I apreciate any thanks in advance. heres an example of what im trying to do (look at the lighting section)
