I bought a new 2026 Silverado ZR2 and installed Amp Research Power Steps. The steps deploy/retract on all doors except the drivers side front door.
Amp has acknowledged there is a problem with the firmware and plan to update the app as well as update the OBD to fix this problem. I’m just wondering why they continue to sell these steps when they know they don’t work on some models. Anyone else experiencing this? I’ve been waiting over two months for Amp to fix this issue
