Default bad camber and toe....worn parts

i have a 94 gmc k1500 5.7L. i just put some new tires on, stock size. i am not the original owner so i have no idea if the torsion bars have been played with. i have a pretty serious amount of wander and play in my steering by parts that are obviously warn. i am about to replace all 4 ball joints along with the idler arm, pitman arm, and tie rod ends. i have really bad positive camber on the drivers side and passenger side, which isnt nearly as bad, along with the toe being off. i have some pics that i'll try to get up that have the steering wheel locked in the base position. i know that my ball joints are warn and dry rotted and all around shot. i am more or less wondering if the amount the camber is off can be cause by that alone? or is it possible for the torsion bars to have been messed with to cause it to be off? the tire wear on the old ones is pretty bad and im not driving much until the work is done obviously..

you should be able to see all the pics i have posted through this link...i think

Replace your Ball Joints and tie rods, get it aligned, then you can adjust the torsion rods. a bad ball joint can throw your camber off.

Just something for you to consider,

After you spend the $1000+ on the front end work, go the extra mile and get rid of those off-set wheels.

It will NEVER drive right until you do.

Default similar issue

i drive a 98 blazer lt and i have a similar issue with the camber but mines negative. the top of the tires are pointing inward towards the motor. ive jacked her up and tried pulling top to bottom on the tire and theres no play. im aware of alot things that need to be replaced i just wanna know where a good place to start is. heres the list

idler/pitman arm
balljoints
cv boot/ possibly cv axle depending on wear
probably tie rod ends

just replaced sway bar links

driver sides off 1.5" and passenger sides off an 1"

heres a picture of that terrible camber on the driver side

I think the tires look good, they stick out a little but not too bad. Do all your front end work and when you get an alignment they will set the camber and stuff too. If you like how the truck sits then don't mess with torsion keys.
