Default bad u joints

I have a squeeking sound coming from the back. I was told it is my u joints. Is this a simple fix? Any instructions on here? Also, I have a pin-hole leak in my front brake line. Any ideas on a fix? Is a rubber hose gonna work?

For the u-joints there was a thread not to long ago about changing u-joints on a 2500. Try searching for it. for the brakes, my beleif is rubber would only be a temp fix.

You can not fix brake line with rubber hose. The brake system works on high pressure. Now if the rubber brake hose is what is leaking the you can replace the hose. If you have never done this type of work before you really should take it to a Pro. Brakes is a safety item that if not taken care of properly you could kill someone or your self. If the u-joints are not done properly then the drive shaft could come out and damage all kind of stuff. I had a customer once who u-joints went bad and he kept driving it the drive shaft came out and torn the back half of the trans off. Hos repair that would have been less than 175.00 quickly turned into more than 2000.00.
