Default Bad vibration, Please Help!!!

I have a 06 Chevy 2500 HD 4x4, 6.0, auto. The vibration only starts at 55mph. I have installed these parts, front wheel brgs, rear driveshaft, new wheels & tires. I put a case saver wear plate in t-case and all brgs looked good. I have checked all the obvious things also like shocks, u-joints, rear axle, etc. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

When was the last time you had an alignment done?

I will try that next I guess. While I had my t-case off I noticed some play in the trans tail shaft bushing. Just wondering if that would cause the vibration or maybe the output bushing in the t-case.
