I am new to lifted trucks and dont know much so be easy on me. I have a 2in leveling kit and 3in rear blocks. And it rides pretty rough. If i were to get Bilstein 5100 and have it on the highest set them to the highest height, will it lift my truck even more, and will it help the ride out at all?

 

I take it it's a 07+? You can get bilsteins and crank them up yes, but ride will get worse since your angles will be maxed out and ridin on the droop stops. You need travel, but at 3" of lift up front you'll have none.
