Default black steel rims

I have a 2002 silverado 2500 HD with the 8.1 502. I want to put on bigger wheels and tires. I have picked out the wheels but I need someone to give me an idea of what size I need. I am trying to avoid rubbing but can tolerate a small amount. Anyone who can help I would appreciate so inpute. I would especially like to hear from someone who has done this already. I plan on lifting my truck but that takes more money than I have right now.

I would love to just lift it but the suspension lift I want is $1400 dollars. MY friend can put it on for free but then there is the added $1000 for the new wheels and tires. Oh well I guess I just need to work a bit more
