I have a 05 1500 and one of my actuators are clicking and has trouble switching temps (manual dual climate). I have already figured out what needs to come out. I have dropped my g-box and can see it...that's about it. I saw on another website that pretty much tells me I need to obliterate my dash to get to this thing. Has anyone found a more efficient way of doing this? Also, how many of these actuators are there? I know there is one on the floorboard near the passenger side. I read that there may be 3. Are they all blend door actuators? Mode actuators? Thanks in advance.
