Default Blower Circuit Fuse 87 Silverado

Having trouble with the AC Blower. Low and medium speed work, but Hi does not. I've replaced the relay, blower motor resistor, and the Low/Medium/Hi switch in the Heater/AC control assembly in the dash. Service manual says there is a fuse located in the blower circuit between the juction box and relay. I am assuming this is somewhere in the dash. Does anyone know where the fuse is located exaclty, service manual doesn't show. I am getting a voltage drop on the brown w/ white stripe wire that controls the Hi setting to the blower motor resistor. All other wires are fine.
