Default Blew Ignition Fuse, Replaced Fuse, Wont Start

I lost a starter bolt on the road somewhere and the starter fell off while I was starting the truck. I got a new starter bolt and put the starter back on. It would not turn over so I checked the fuses and discovered the ignition fuse was blown, i replaced it. I started the truck and was able to make it about 15 miles and the starter began spinning while I was driving. I turned the truck off and it kept spinning and finally stopped. I was never able to start it again after that and all the fuses are fine. I put a new starter on it turns over but wont start.
