Brush Guard

I have a question, I just recently purchased a 98 Silverado 3500. The seller asked if I wanted the brush guard to go with it free. I of course said yes

It looks similar to the one like this one on ebay

Although on the brush guard, in red paint markings it said 99 Suburban. Are the 98 Silverado front bumper the same as the 99 suburban's bumper?

Cool thanks, I checked both out and they use the same part number. I'll be able to install it once I get the truck back from brake work.
