Default A/C Heater issue

I have a 2007 Silverado LT (newer body style). A few months ago my AC would come on sometimes and not come on sometimes. When I hit the power button, all the panel looks normal and I can hear what I'm assuming is the compressor kick on. Sometimes it would blow air and sometimes not. Now it does not blow any air at all. When it was hot out and I put the setting on the vent, I could feel slight cold air movement from the vents only when I was moving at a good speed. Same thing today with the heat. When I'm moving I can get a minimal amount of heat from the vents which does nothing to get me warm in stop and go traffic. Any ideas what the problem could be? If so, is this a fix I can do myself? I've also had other issues with this truck that I believe to be electrical. (panel lights just dim and brighten out of the blue, left side door speaker comes on when it damn well wants to, open door chime goes from inaudible to normal volume level when it wants to, having to jiggle the switch to raise the passenger side window) The AC now is not coming on at all. Hoping someone can help. Thanks.
