Default Cargo Light Wiring Question

Hi guys, I'm brand-new to this forum, and to Chevy's in general so be kind Here's my question: Where are the wires which feed the cargo lights in the rear of the cab (above the bed) located? I'm asking because my truck has a Snug Top shell on it and I'm thinking about disconnecting the factory cargo lights and using the wires for them to power the interior light in my shell, that way I could turn it off or on with cargo light switch on the dash.

Thanks in advance

[&:] I'd remove the cargo light housing unit, find the hot wire and connect to it. Run that wire through the cargo ligt unit itself throgh a small drilled hole, seal with silicone. Run the wire into the shell to the light hook it up and ground the light. Make sure you attach to the cargo light wire not the brake light wire. Good luck
