I have a 98 K1500 regular cap 4.3L. Sometimes when I am driving, my "check gauges" light comes on. When it happens, my temperature gauge goes all the way to the max for about 20-30 seconds, then goes back to the normal temperature and the light goes out. Any idea how to fix this or what causes this to happen? thanks
