My 2001 Chevy Silverado daytime running lights do not work. They will turn on for a second or two, but will go right back to the headlights. What could be the cause of this? The bulbs and fuses are fine. Any help would be great!

 

Check to see if there is someting obscuring the light sensor which is located in the middle of the dash by the windshield. At times if isn't clean it will make light readings incorrectly. There may be a chance that it isn't working all together but it isn't to hard or expensive to repalce it. Good luck.
