clicking- lifters? exhaust?

clicking- lifters? exhaust?
I have a 1998 k1500 with about 210k miles.
A few days ago the truck started clickick really bad. It clicks at all times when on at all speeds,idle and all rpms. The sound is most prevelent at low rpm and on deceleration. It seems louder underneath the car and on the drivers side. I just had an oil change last week as well. What do you think? Could it be dirty lifters? An exaust leak? Bad oil pump? Im not sure any advice would help. Thanks alot.
