Default cluster lights & accessory lights

I have a 2002, and the cluster lights are getting very difficult to see (getting dimmer). The accessory lights (ie- radio, climate control) seem to be burning out...several buttons are dark/difficult to see.

How hard would it be to change these? Would like them to function again if it doesn't require brain surgery for the dash.

The lights are very easy to change...The Speedo is only attached with 4 screws in the corners and theres a black piece on the back that comes off and your bulbs are in there. The accessory lights are the same way except they have clips that hold them in to the dash
