Cool Concerns about a 1998 Silverado

I'm looking at a 1998 silverado 4x4 to buy and I want to lift it about 4 inches and put 33 inch mud tires on it but before I buy what should be my initial concerns it has 175K miles automatic transmission note im not very smart when it comes to vehicles so every in depth explanation helps. Note... I will be using this truck to mud ride but not hardcore mudding. like maybe a few inches of mud at most but i need to know concerns before buying.

You wont listen but I will give you my speech anyhow. Dont modify your daily driver. Get a toy to play with and if you break it (and you will) you can still get to work. The answer I always got was "I cant afford two vehicles" then wait till you can.
