Cruise control and break lights not working

I have an 00 silverado 2500 6.0. Recently my cruise control and break lights have stoped working. Idk what to do beside check the fuses besides going and checking for bad wiring, any other ideas you guys have?

You need to check the brake light switch it is also used for the cruise control

check the ground for the brake lights
