Daytime running light not working.
Daytime running lights are out on the drivers side of my 1999 silverado, but when I hit the turn signal the blinkers function. What gives? The bulb is good, it works for the turn signal. The turn signal bulb seems to go right where the running lights are.

The turn signal and the DRL's are not the same circuit. One can work without the other. Check the bulb and the socket. These tend to go bad because of the heat generated by the bulbs. I had to change one of my sockets twice.
