Default Daytime Running Lights

So I've searched to see see how to make them work, but I see more threads on disabling them. My Headlights come on all the time when I start up. I've pressed the DOME OVERIDE button 4 times to make the headlights go out which is cool. I've checked the fuse and its fine. I've replaced the bulbs and sockets. One socket was burned and the other missing. I also replaced the relay just in case. But still no worky. The headlights come on still day or night. Any suggestions.

what is the problem? that's how they are supposed to work. you turn the key, DRLs come up. dusk falls, headlights come up.

The Problem is... the DRL's don't come up when I turn the key.

I'll check the sensor.
