first off... my trusty plunger only goes so far. i went to harbor freight and got some suction cups. the suction rating says its like 25 pounds. its worked. and a 4 inch ding you should use the smaller suction cup with a good pull force. otherwise yeah. im takin autobody this thurseday so ill let you know the way my professor will tell me. cuz i got some nasty dents from the previous owner. but that plunger thing is funny. id never touch my truck with my plunger. no way heh

Try Paintless Dent Repair. I had it done to a car for a dent around 4" on the upper rear quarter panel.
None of my friends could tell where it was done and it was 250 bucks to repair.

jriver85 - Just do the best you can and leave it- its a truck dents add character!

evans blue- So what if he double posted it some people (like me) only read certain sections and therefore would not have seen this unless he put it here vs. the body detailing section. Not giving you a hard time but what is the big deal?

I think its to keep possible spammers at bay and I'd imagine to keep folks from putting opinions in everyones forum that may not be related.
But I could see how after posting you (anyone) may realize that maybe it would have been better off posted in another portion of the forum.

That and it clutters up the forums with duplicate post and that text does take up room on a server somewhere

that and all moderators are really control freaks.... jk!
