Default 2007 Tahoe Front Bumper dent

I need to pull a dent from a front bumper. What the best method to do this? Should I heat it up with a hair dryer? I really don't want to drill a hole and pull it.

In case you still need to pull the dent on your bumper, here's what you have to do. First, remove the bumper then pour water on the dent and heat the area with a hair dryer. Next, lightly tap the back of the dent until the dent got back into place.
