Question Diff noise..
I had my rear end just redone due to me tearing up the ring and pinion. now that it is all done and together i hear a clunking noise but only when i let off the gas and i am cruising above 30 mph..any ideas??

the guy who worked on it said it was fine. the thing thats bad is my exhaust was off at the time he fixed it so he couldnt hear the noise when he tested it.

i would check your u-joints, or there is too much back lash in the rear end..

I would check u joints if it is not the u joint Take it back they did not shim it out right and you have to much backlash.
