Default DIS button installation

Another question.

I my truck is a 08 silverado ls without the DIS buttons. The chevy parts department advised there is a kit to install the buttons for $100.00. They advised it would take a half hour labor to install. Has anyone taken on this task and was it difficult?

Thanks

Eric

Thanks,

Based on the previous thread, I found the info I was looking for. I bought the kit from my local chevy dealer for $100.00. Installation took about 10 minutes and that was because I was CAREFUL!!! It works great!! I hope the rest of my mods are this easy!!!

Thanks again

Eric
