Unhappy Dog Ate My Truck...

Yes. A dog, probably trying to get at a cat that took refuge under the hood of my 2004 Silverado 1500, chewed one of the 2 wiring harnesses that pass through the driver side wheel well - the smaller one that goes over to the transmission. The dog also chewed through the transmission cooling line enough to cause it to leak...that was easy to repair, though.

I looked at the wiring harness and spliced all the chewed wires back together. Now the truck will crank but not run.

All other electrical items seem to work ok - lights, radio, buzzers.

I was not able to see any blown fuses.

Is the Body Control Module possibly screwed? Should I just have it taken to a dealer? I am not versed in OBD code diagnostics...

Thanks for your advice!
