hey i got a '04 1500 Z71 with the dual climate control its not the digital 1. i have replaced the blen door actuator and the air still blows hot sometimes on the drivers side. if any 1 can help i would deff appreciate it cause this is really gettin old. thanks for the help.

 

i have an 04 silverado it happened to me also after i cleaned my interior. i didnt do anything to truck though. it blew hot air for bout 50 miles then went away.

 

yea i found out if you turn off the truck and back on it will blow clod for awhile but its a pain having to pull over every time.
