Hi there, names jaket2k9 and I was wondering if there is an easy way of removing the transmission pan on a 96 C1500 Silvarado Pickup ext cab with the 8ft box.
The tranny is an 4L60E and the problem I got is a body strut is in the way of the tranny pan and the trouble point is at the tail of the tranny there are 2 bolts I cannot reach with my wrench which where it sits is too far to get at and the wrench is too wide and none of my sockets to my knowledge can get back there either.
There any way around this without having to remove the strut and jacking up the transmission?
