10243880 casting Short Block(specs are 95-00, 5.7, vortec). Knowing this, I would like to build and install into a '89 K1500 5.7. I'm going to use existing heads and intake. any CONCERNS I should be aware of? thanks in advance. Gilbert

 

So you are going to put a port injected engine in a throttle body chassis? That would be a source of concern.
