Default EST Wire To time the Engine

I have a 1997 Chevy Pickup 350. Where is the EST Wire so I Can time the Engine.

Do you have a vortec engine? Black plastic intake with t-body in the middle? If so there is no wire and you can not set ignition timing with a light it is computer controlled. Turning the distributor is used for fuel injector timing and syncs to cam and crank sensor. It must be done with a scan tool that shows data.
