Default Exhaust

i have a 2003 chevy silverado 1500 with the 5.3, i want to cut out the cats and just straight pipe it. are you able to do that? the o2 sensors are before the cats but will it still mess up the readings on the computer or will i be ok to cut them out?

there are 4 02 sensors 2 before and 2 after you can cut them out but the service engine light will cut on

and how exactly are you planning on passing your emissions? esp when they' stick that little mirror under and check if your cats are in place or you don't have bypass valve?
