exhaust manifold

have a 94 c1500 4.3. need to take the left exhaust manifold off. how do i get the power steering bracket off the front two bolts of the manifold?
has to be simple but i'm not seeing it.

well i think i see it. take off the power steering pulley remove the whole pump assembly.
correct???????????
