Hello,

We are looking at a 2021 2500 hd silverado. We are planning to purchase a fifth wheel soon. This truck does not have the set up yet so I am wondering what all I will need. I was trying to ask dealer and they just came back with there are so many hitches you need the trailer first but I feel like its the standard holes in the bed I need and can buy proper hitch later. I was wanting it done at the dealer since I am working out of state and Its going to be sitting there anyways. Its mainly my wife and I so we dont need a huge fifth wheel, I have only ever towed a boat so dont know much about 5th wheels and its needs.

Who would be best to install? Dealership vs, RV place, I am not wanting to do myself.


These are the packages it comes with, I know some have nothing to do with towing. Are any of them useful for the fifth wheel. Would you also know the max weight we can tow?
