has anyone had a issue with headlights, dash lights flickering on 05 Silverado.

 

Not in a Silverado But, same thing happened in a car of mine a few years back. I took my W-D 40 can, used the little red spray nozzle to spray inside the light switch. - Pulled switch out, stuck red nozzle in, sprayed while pushing in and out on the light switch and also spinning the switch all the way one way then back the other way multiple times. I did this a few different times during a few different days and the flickering went away... in my particular case.
