Default Fuel pump voltage
New here,first post. My brother has a 87 silverado that has been having some starting issues for awhile and then quit. It has very low voltage at the pump. He put on a new relay and it did't help.
So my question is what should the voltage be at the pump.

Thanks, the wire from the relay to the pump was bad.
