Gas Pedal Delphi Plug Issues
Hello,
Ive had an issue with the "fly by wire" design of my Chevy Silverado. A few days ago the one of the wires plugging into the gas pedal broke off. It must have been bent back and fourth to many times by my foot. Anyways, I was able to make it home by bridging the contact with a needle and jamming it into the connector.
Now Im trying to do a more permanent fix. Im attempting to remove the inserts from the Delphi connector. Attached are pictures of what broke, and what Im trying to get out. Im struggling to get the connector pin out of the plastic body of the connector.
Any help?
Thanks in advance!
