Gears For K1500

Gears For K1500
Ok this is what I got 1990 Chevy K1500 4x4 5spd standard 5.7 350 bored 30 over with a torque cam headers edlebrock intake throttle body spacer cold air intake but I only have 3.42 gears put a six inch lift on it and plain on 35s what gear ratio should I run
