Default gm light fail

ok i do love chevy and gm but some thing got me asking wtf lol
so every gm i see has the same light or lights off lol
so i changed parking lights and they wont come on dont see a fuse for them i got yellow light but not clear ones

The yellow lights are the parking lights. The clear ones are the Daytime Running Lights.

day lights wont come on lol
i see almost every gm here with one or both out lol i like mine on
changed both bulbs and know there working but lights are not

if it's the 88-98 gm's you're talking about then its the switch for the parking brake. if you put the parking brake down 1-2 clicks it turns the daytime running lights off
