I can buy a 2007 chevy 1500 LT for 15,000$ i dont know if it would last very long because it already has 200,000 miles on it. Would it be a good purchase or a bad idea?

 

I think you can do better for $15k. I'd pass. And I'm not a fan of lifted trucks with larger tires from the standpoint of long-term reliability and durability.

I was looking a few months back, and saw quite a few trucks in my area in the mid to upper teens with only 100k miles.
