What can i do to get more power out of my 98 silverado! it has a 5.7 vortec 350 sb. i have a cold air intake and a throttle body space and 2 1/2 in exhaust from manifold back, is there anything i can do to add some horsepower without bigger injectors pistons cams?

 

In the past headers gave the most bang for the buck.

Headers should help some. Get the computer done on it also.

 

My K1500 has 183K miles, 5.7 Vortec, and runs strong. If your truck was gutless before your mods, something isn't right. All of the 5.7 Vortec motors make good power, so before you spend for more mods, get a good checkup. My thought.
