Cool hard start warm weather

98 c1500 gmc, 4.3 4l60e.
first thing in the morning on 60 degree or below mornings it will fire right up. on warm mornings above 70 degrees it will take up to a half hour of cranking to get it started. after that it will start fine. on the cold mornings as soon as the key is turned it starts.
have changed:
the fuel inj spider
fuel pump
fuel regulator
o2 sensors
distributor
coil
plugs
wires
coolant temp sensor
tps
egr
and probably some others i can't remember at the moment.
any idea how to get this thing to start easy when warm weather???
