Heat isn’t working good

I have replaced the blower motor resistor , blend door actuator, the temp control module , did the coolant flush and it’s still blowing out Luke warm to warm heat not hot ... any ideas

Year. Mileage. ? Check your thermostat or water temp when motor at NOT?
