Default Heated seats

Ok, here goes. My passenger seat heater works fine unless you turn on the driver's seat heater then it turns both off after about 15-30 seconds. If you just turn on the drivers by itself it still turns off in about 15-30 secs. Oh and the drivers seat bottom motor that raises the back of the seat just makes a clicking sound but doesn't move.

Sounds to me like a relay getting weak on your heated seats and cutting out.

If it were a short, a fuse would blow and they wouldn't work at all till the fuse got replaced.

Good Luck

Where are the relays located? The only thing i see under the seat besides the motors is a flat box about 4 inch square.

The only thing I found in my 07 Classic owner's manual is a circuit breaker

labeled CB Seat. (Driver and passenger seat module circuit breaker)

It's in the fuse block down by your left foot when sitting in driver seat.

Not sure this is what's giving the prob, but couldn't find a heated seat relay.

Might be something for the dealer.
