my heater is not working or my a/c..........could it be a bad fuse? i visually check the a/c comp 10 a and it looked good.....how can u tell with the four prong fuses if it is bad? are they cheap to replace or is their a test? ohms/ meter???? what else can i check.....thats easy to replace what drives the heater???????
