Question Help!!!!!!

2007 Silverado 1500 new body style.I been having issues that the dealership can not solve. Display "ENGINE HOT A/C TURNED OFF". When this is displayed the temp. gauge does not work and the cooling fan runs constant and A/C does not work. I have had this problem on & off since 35000 miles and now at 37201 it happened again. The previous trips to the dealership they have changed the engine coolant sensor and the next time they change the temp. sensor..I need help.

Is it actually over heating? Pushing coolant out of the overflow? Low on coolant?

It does this even when the engine is dead cold, even when I drive it for an hour the engine is still normal to the touch. This seems to be a commom problem from forums i have scanned, but the answers given does not fix it.
