Help!!! Chevy Power Steering Noise???

I have a 07 Chevy Silverado 1500 4.8L I just bought. It has 52K miles on it. But I hear a grinding in the morning and it sounds like my power steering? I am used to a Cummins, so I do not know if the Power Steering noise is normal. Is the noise common or is it not good. HELP the dealer says it is normal (since it is under warranty), but seems to loud for me.

I can check mine tomorrow, but I think it does it too.
Have you checked the power steering fluid level?
If no then check that 1st.

I have changed the fluid and filled it to the proper level. I am using regular power steering fluid.

Is the belt straight?
I used to have a ford econoline 350 turbo diesel ambulance
that made that straining sound and I found the power steering Pump pully
was not flush with the belt. When I straightened it the sound stopped until
It went 51/50 on me and got FUBAR. So is the pulley and belt flush?
Is there proper tension and the belt isn't too tight?
