Help! i supposed to leave on a trip tomorrow and I wont be able to. No Brake lights!

Help! i supposed to leave on a trip tomorrow and I wont be able to. No Brake lights!
With no warning, i have lost all brake lights. Fuses are fine and i haven't checked the switch yet. is there anything else i need to look at? 01 2500 hd Duramax 150,000 miles. No modifications.

ohhhhh duramax 
Lucky. Drive down the road and check to see if your cruise control works. If it does work and you cant disengage it with the brake pedal than most likely the switch is bad. If that helps.
